|Recommended: YesFair Deal For Apartment Size And Location. — The location is so hard to beat. There is easy access to Milwaukee and Fairview, which can take you to downtown Boise in ten minutes and about the same to The Village. It's also close to the mall and decent strip malls.
Walls and floors are thin, so I hear a lot of stomping and conversations. But the apartment itself is otherwise fine.
The grounds are massive, but is way too often over watered. I have stepped into massive pools of water in the grassy areas, making it muddy and getting my dog and I dirty. Sprinklers regularly flood walkways and the parking lot. I'd love to see a dog park area, possibly by the full sized basketball court, and the watering issues fixed, then the grounds would be hard to beat. They're massive and open and many residents enjoy being out there and a dog area would be so wonderful for everyone.
Overall, its a good price. Two-bed, two-bath for 1,083 isn't bad and the location is hard to beat. The grounds need some watering issues resolved and a dog park section of the complex. If those changes are made, it'll be a hard place to beat.
|Recommended: YesGood Apartments — The apartments themselves are good, we have some pretty sketchy neighbors not gonna lie but in all honesty I can’t complain about much, the location is great and it’s well kept up. do you construction quality definitely could be better for sure but it’s not awful it’s just little things here and there

The apartment only had minor issues upon arrival, but overall I am enjoying my first apartment experience There is always a semi-decent place to park. The grounds are very pretty, with lots to do.

All of our questions and concerns were answered, which was very nice considering that we are first time movers. The neighbors surrounding us are respectable and friendly. It is just a beautiful place to live and we are happy that we decided to start our adult lives with fairview crossing.

|Recommended: YesVery Pet Friendly And Kid Friendly — Personally I dont think this place is great for anyone who works a night shift. It can be noisy during the day. Otherwise I'm constantly seeing kids and people with pets which I think is a big plus when looking for something small but affordable.
|Recommended: YesGood But — It's a decent place to live. People are friendly and nice. I will say one thing I have a bedroom next to a parking lot and well there is a very loud and noisy modified vehicle that is constantly coming and going all day. When the car starts it wakes me up 3 or 4 am almost EVERYDAY. Not the properties fault but honestly it's disturbing and annoying.
